Do you have a passion for the latest aesthetic treatments and how they can improve peoples lives?

Were looking for a licensed aesthetician to become a core member of our clinical team. Particularly, someone with a strong track record of performing aesthetic procedures focused on laser treatments.

As an Aesthetic Clinical Trainer, youll be responsible for providing virtual and in-person sales demonstrations to potential clients, training others in the proper use of our devices, assisting in the development of official treatment protocols, playing a key role in our webinars, and more.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide professional aesthetic and laser treatments in accordance with company protocols and practices
• Demonstrate Medicreation devices to clients and prospects in both virtual and in-person demos
• Train team members and clients on the proper treatment protocols for our wide range of aesthetic equipment
• Develop meticulous and comprehensive treatment protocols for our devices and clientele
• Assist in building out education content for webinars, podcasts, and other company initiatives
• Actively record all training sessions and client interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications:

• Licensed Aesthetician (Master Aesthetician/Esthetician Preferred)
• Laser Training (Certification with hours and/or course completion)
• 3+ years of experience performing aesthetic and laser treatments
• Demonstrated ability to learn our devices inside and out and become the go-to authority on our clinical processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel
