Job Overview

Medicreations is seeking a talented Hubspot CRM Specialist with experience in marketing to join our team. This role is essential in managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean, accurate data, creating effective customer segmentation, and crafting customer and lead journeys that drive engagement and retention. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in CRM management (preferably HubSpot) and marketing content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Conduct regular data hygiene tasks within HubSpot to maintain accurate and complete CRM data.
  • Segmentation: Develop effective customer and lead segmentation strategies in HubSpot to deliver targeted, personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Customer Journeys: Design and implement customer journeys and workflows in HubSpot, supporting lead nurturing, retention, and re-engagement efforts within the aesthetic industry.
  • Campaign Management: Build and manage HubSpot email drip campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant engagement with clients and prospects.
  • Copywriting: Create compelling marketing copy that resonates with our audience, from attention-grabbing subject lines to persuasive CTAs, particularly around aesthetic devices and technologies.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Track and analyze HubSpot campaign performance metrics to continually optimize customer journeys and improve engagement rates.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in CRM management, with hands-on experience specifically in HubSpot. Marketing experience is needed to build successful campaigns within overall multi-channel strategy
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot's marketing automation and email marketing tools; strong data management skills.
  • Copywriting: Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive, engaging content tailored to the aesthetic industry.
  • Analytical: Experience with HubSpot CRM and email performance metrics, and a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous approach to data management and campaign implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
