Medicreations is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and oversee key marketing functions, drive marketing strategies, and manage outsourced resources. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and enhance Medicreations' presence in the medical aesthetic devices industry. This role also involves product marketing, market research, and channel marketing, requiring a blend of data-driven and creative expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
  • Collaborate with leadership to assist in the development of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure all marketing activities reflect the Medicreations brand and support growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and optimize current marketing strategies.
  • Product Marketing:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for individual products, considering target audience, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with product development and sales teams to ensure a unified approach to product launches and ongoing promotions.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the medical aesthetic industry.
  • Provide actionable insights to support product development and marketing strategy adjustments.
  • Channel Marketing:
  • Manage relationships with distributors, collaborators, and customers, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Develop marketing materials and resources tailored for different distribution and collaboration channels.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Create data-driven marketing strategies that target lead generation and brand authority.
  • Oversee content creation for web, print, and digital platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Outsourced Resource Management:
  • Manage and coordinate outsourced resources such as agencies, contractors, and freelancers to ensure quality and timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Provide clear direction and maintain regular communication with external partners to meet marketing objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key marketing performance metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign success and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Use data insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and drive decision-making.
  • Generate regular reports for senior management, presenting campaign outcomes, insights, and ROI.
  • Creative Development:
  • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute engaging marketing content and materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh, creative ideas into marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the medical aesthetic or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience developing and executing data-driven and creative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  • Experience in product marketing and channel marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
