The Role: Production Manager Extraordinaire

As our Production Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your expertise in production procedures, coupled with your knack for leadership, will set you apart in this pivotal role.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with fellow managers to set objectives and understand requirements
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets to keep operations on track
• Organize workflows to meet specifications and deadlines, ensuring a seamless production process
• Monitor production, swiftly resolving any issues that may arise
• Lead and evaluate the performance of production personnel, fostering a culture of excellence
• Manage resources effectively, from the workforce to raw materials
• Approve maintenance work and equipment purchases to keep things running smoothly
• Ensure the final output meets our high-quality standards
• Champion health and safety precautions throughout the production process
• Report directly to upper management, contributing to the bigger picture

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager
• In-depth knowledge of production management
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong decision-making skills with a results-driven approach
• BSc/Ba in business administration or a relevant field is preferred
